I’m having problems with registering for a Plotr account. What should I do?

I’ve left my school and but still want to keep my Plotr account. What should I do?
If you’ve registered with your school email address but want to change the email address for your account, log in and hover over your name in the top right hand corner. Click “account details” and there you can change your email address and reset your password.
How do I delete my Plotr account?
We’re sad to see you go! To remove your account, log into Plotr and hover over your name in the top right hand corner. Click “account details” and at the bottom of the page there will be an option to remove your account. You can always re-register for a Plotr account at any time.
The full Game takes about 45 minutes to complete, but isn’t designed to be played in one session. Register for a free account on Plotr to make sure your gameplay is saved for you to come back to whenever you want.
My career matches aren’t showing. What should I do?
Your career matches usually show up on the right hand side after you’ve answered 14 questions.
Check your internet connection, as sometimes a poor connection can slow things down.
If you have a good internet connection and your matches still aren’t showing, make sure you’re registered with Plotr and have verified your account before logging off and clearing your browser’s cache. Once the cache is clear, log back into Plotr and hover over your name in the top right hand corner. Click “Game” and load the previous Game results.
To ensure that the correct results of the Game show every time, it is recommended that your web browser’s cache is cleared after every session.
How can I restart the game?
In the top right hand corner, hover over your name and click “Game”. You’ll see an option there to restart the Game as well as load or delete old ones.

How do I sign up to the newsletter?
If you haven’t created an account on Plotr, click “register” on the right-hand side at the top of the page. Fill out your details and subscribe to the Plotr newsletter.
If you’ve already registeredand would like to subscribe, log into Plotr, hover over your name in the top right hand corner and click “notification settings”. Here, you’ll be able to tick a box to subscribe to our monthly newsletter.
Where can I read the Plotr Magazine?
The Plotr Magazine comes out monthly and is available to download as a PDF or as an app on Android or iOS.
